Contrary to wild speculation that Albert Park will be in lockdown for the Melbourne Marathon, Sunday, October 14, it’s business as usual for the Melbourne International Hi-Fi Show.

The Medibank Melbourne Marathon which brings tens of thousands of people into the Albert Park area, and brings with it some rolling but brief road closures will not affect the show or access to the show.

Road closures affect only Lakeside Drive until 11am & St Kilda Road until 12pm, and access to parking will still be available at all times via Lorne St (self-parking) or Queens Road (valet). Public transport also remains unaffected.

The Pullman Mercure Hotel is just 29kms from Melbourne International Airport, 4.6kms from Melbourne CBD (10 minutes by car, 13 minutes via public transport). If coming by tram, get off at Stop 27 on St.Kilda Road.

With the show’s prominent Queens Road exposure, we expect many more attendees from within the immediate area to take in the show while in Melbourne.

The 2018 Melbourne International Hi-Fi Show, the best home entertainment show in Australia which is now in its third year is nearly sold out with all spaces filled with the world's leading brands.

There will be more live music, international guests and press, expert seminars and much more.
